Meet Our CEO – Tania Noonan
Tania Noonan, CEO of Romilly Place, brings over 30 years of expertise in housing and property, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulation in the Disability Sector —both prior to and following the introduction of the NDIS in Australia.
With a Diploma in Property and recognised as a Certified Housing Professional by the Australasian Housing Institute, Tania has led senior roles across both Community and Government sectors. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to safeguarding vulnerable communities and driving best practices in strategic planning, operations, governance, and policy.
At the heart of Romilly Place is a belief in the power of genuine human connection. Under Tania’s leadership, the organisation prioritises personalised care and the development of meaningful, lasting relationships with clients, families, staff and stakeholders alike.
In her spare time, Tania enjoys taking her (grand) dog to the beach, spending time with her adult children, family and friends, improving her golf swing and travelling.
